If your claim is due to a roof or plumbing leak call our Water Mitigation Hotline (888) 683-7971 as soon as possible. Our friendly claims counselors will provide the contact information of one of our preferred water mitigation vendors and will remain on the line until an appointment is scheduled. Edison Insurance Company will pay for the water extraction service performed by our preferred vendor at no cost to you.

ONCE YOU HAVE REPORTED A CLAIM THE FOLLOWING PROCESS WILL COMMENCE:
1)
A LICENSED ADJUSTER WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO SURVEY AND ADJUST THE DAMAGE TO YOUR HOME.
2)
ONCE THE ADJUSTER HAS EVALUATED THE DAMAGE AND COMPILED ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION ON THE COVERED LOSS, YOUR CLAIM MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A 3 YEAR GUARANTEE ON ALL REPAIRS IF IT IS ASSIGNED TO OUR MANAGED REPAIR PROGRAM. 3)
IF THE COVERED LOSS IS NOT ASSIGNED TO OUR MANAGED REPAIR PROGRAM, THE ADJUSTER WILL PREPARE HIS REPORT AND SUBMIT TO OUR CLAIMS MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
