If your claim is due to a roof or plumbing leak call our Water Mitigation Hotline (888) 683-7971 as soon as possible. Our friendly claims counselors will provide the contact information of one of our preferred water mitigation vendors and will remain on the line until an appointment is scheduled. Edison Insurance Company will pay for the water extraction service performed by our preferred vendor at no cost to you.

ONCE YOU HAVE REPORTED A CLAIM THE FOLLOWING PROCESS WILL COMMENCE:
  • Claim is Received.
  • Adjuster is Assigned.
  • Property Inspection is Completed.
  • Review is Finalized.
  • Settlement Documents are Sent.
