Do your part to reduce fraud by contacting the inhouse Special Investigations Unit (SIU) to report what you see, hear or experience. You may report your fraud tips anonymously via the Special Investigations Unit fraud hotline 1-866-923-2920. You may also email your tips to reportfraud@windwardrisk.com.
You may also file a report directly with the state at Fraud Free Florida with the Florida Department of Financial Services website.
