She also explained that if the actual expenses go higher than anticipated the contractor can apply for more payment. My claim was for unusual items and it took me while to get the requested data and photos but as soon as I did the claim was processed very well. Miss Green is very supportive and professional. My only negative is that you sent me two checks with the wrong name of my mortgage company. I am hoping that the checks will arrive soon. I put in supplemental claims that were not addressed my my first adjuster. I hope to hear from a new adjuster soon. Overall, I am pleased with Edison at this point of the claim experience.
