Miss Green is very supportive and professional. My only negative is that you sent me two checks with the wrong name of my mortgage company. I am hoping that the checks will arrive soon. I put in supplemental claims that were not addressed my my first adjuster. I hope to hear from a new adjuster soon. Overall, I am pleased with Edison at this point of the claim experience.
