Honestly, everything was smooth sailing. My adjuster was tremendous. They were courteous, prompt and detailed. In addition, they stuck to their timelines and was very communicative. A+++ for them! Edison is lucky to have a great staff.

Overall, a very good experience. Belinda was a bit hard to get a hold of at times, but when she did touch base, she had taken action and was very helpful. We are very pleased with the resolution and would recommend Belinda again. Others in the office were excellent on the phone as well.
