The adjuster came out quickly and the claim was filed easily. Catherine took the time to explain my benefit and deductible. She also explained that if the actual expenses go higher than anticipated the contractor can apply for more payment. So far there has been no problem and the recommended business, Pro Clean, has also done a wonderful job
