For a 1st time claim this was a very smooth process considering the mess that was endured at our home.

My client experience was outstanding! I couldn't possibly give higher grades. On a late Sunday afternoon a large swim crashed into my backyard. I called my insurance adjuster and in no time like unbelievably quickly Hulk's showed up. I wish I could attach a video to show you how hard these guys worked to go into a wet Hillside area cut up 12 inch thick Oak Limbs and haul them out of my yard. Before I know it the mess was cleaned up and the truck was gone! And it only got easier from there. Along with the tree damage there was some damage to a shed in my yard. The limit caught it and crushed the corner. But then a day or two I received a call from an adjuster who came out at my convenience looked at the claim and processed it for me. When all is said and done it cost me nothing! The deductible and the tree damage which was written in as a writer or my policy since I live in a national forest took care of everything and I'm extremely pleased and happy with the outcome of the entire experience.
