I think Edison did a very good job processing our claim from end to end. The person who came and took the pictures informed us how this process will take place and the team from end to end was very caring of our situation and explained all steps clearly and effectively.

I called my agent who filed the claim for me initially. I received follow up E mails from your company. I asked a few questions which were answered. I followed the instructions. My claim was for unusual items and it took me while to get the requested data and photos but as soon as I did the claim was processed very well. Your company was very professional and I am a happy customer. Any scores I gave less than perfect may have been from my confusion and not that of the agents.

You have a very good team. They are good listeners and communicators, and understood the time constraints we had to engage the contractor for mold remediation.
