Our first claim so was unsure about the process but George did a great job explaining what we needed to do and how things like this go. He did a very thorough inspection of the water damage.

I called my agent who filed the claim for me initially. I received follow up E mails from your company. I asked a few questions which were answered. I followed the instructions. My claim was for unusual items and it took me while to get the requested data and photos but as soon as I did the claim was processed very well. Your company was very professional and I am a happy customer. Any scores I gave less than perfect may have been from my confusion and not that of the agents.
