I spoke with Sabrina and she was very helpful and kind. My husband recently passed away and I lost my composure and cried. Sabrina was very sweet and sympathetic. Kudos to her.

Considering the hurricane Ian aftermath situation, the time to resolve the claim was what I expected. I received a timely payment, from Edison, for the insurance-covered hurricane damages.
